      It was a great day for me. Felt really good, temps helped. Allie took a fall about 3 miles into the run and skinned her hand, elbow, knee and twisted her ankle a little, but she shook it off and ran us all into the ground. Had a big crowd - Elizabeth, Allie, Mike, Eileen and Myles and Jerry for part of it. You were missed!

      Oh no: poor Allie. What a trooper! And you, too--that's a smokin' pace! I'm glad you had a victorious run. Very envious of the plethora of running partners; I think I went a little crazy talking / singing-in-my-head to myself =)

      It was fast!!! I dropped a gel wrapper and went back to throw it out and never quite caught up. Then when I thought I made some progress, we got caught at a light and that was it. So tired!!!
