Started weight watchers to drop about 10lbs, hope it isn't too tedious.

Riding about 40 miles tomorrow morning, going out with a friend on my wifes for the first time, hope it works for him as he hasn't done many hills, need some help to motivate him.

As I don't have a turbo, the weather is rotten so I went down the gym, warmed up for 10 minutes and then went hard for an hour, level 9, 260 watts and between 90-100 cadence. Hot hot hot.
