    Steady ride out and pushed on the hills.

  2. Started weight watchers to drop about 10lbs, hope it isn't too tedious.

  3. Riding about 40 miles tomorrow morning, going out with a friend on my wifes for the first time, hope it works for him as he hasn't done many hills, need some help to motivate him.

    eat and drank loads, bread, pate, turkey and roast potatoes. Drank a lot of Baileys and G&T's, riding starts on Wednesday.

    As I don't have a turbo, the weather is rotten so I went down the gym, warmed up for 10 minutes and then went hard for an hour, level 9, 260 watts and between 90-100 cadence. Hot hot hot.
