    Hot. Humid. Felt like running in a furnace. With no breeze. AT ALL. Wanted to quit after 2 miles. Kept on trucking because I promised my daughter a gold medal. UGH.

    Warm at times, windy at others...but I got it done in a reasonable time, and it just felt good to get my legs back under me. LI Half marathon in a few weeks!

    Tried to get my 6 mile tempo run in, but a run-in with a tricycle which bloodied my pinkie toe left me hobbled....so did intervals on elliptical instead.
