3.2 miles today around the neighborhood in about 32 min

1.25 miles (roughly) during my F3 workout on Thursday morning. We did 5 laps with about two minutes or so of different exercises like squats, burpees, crunches, sit ups, and crunches between each lap. Hint: this is why my 3.2 miler today was so slow!

0.5 miles on Wednesday. My favorite run of all. My 3 year old daughter said she wanted to run around the house, so we did. Then she wanted to do it again. And again and again and so on for 6 laps. She's pretty fast for such tiny legs!
