    We all had to do 10 min of slow cardio to raise the heart rate to assess our vitals before, during, and after in order to see what normal and elevated looks like.

    It felt like an oven out there today so I wasn't really feeling it. I'm sure me not running much lately made it feel tougher than it should have too!

    Light, easy run close to home. I'm not sure exactly how long or fast it was. The distance is an estimate based off of past runs. The pace was somewhere around 8:15-8:30/mile.
