good 30-Day Shred (Level 1) 26:12

Robert and Tina gave me JM's 30-Day Shred (thanks for the recommendation, Mary!), and it's a great workout. The first level is very challenging (since I haven't worked out since well BEFORE Christmas), and really like the pace and the fact it mixes lower and upper body strength training. Day one, we'll see how I feel tomorrow! :D I put on my HRM to track, and my heart rate gets up there quick!
