good Pilates/Cross Training DVD 00:50

This one I've had in my library for a few years, it's a mix of Pilates and dance moves, with weights intermingled. It's a GOOD workout, but I feel awkward with some of the dance moves (step ball changes, etc.). It definitely brushed out some of the cobwebs. It's good to mix it up! Tomorrow I'll go for a yoga workout, probably.
