Went out for an hour -- the long 6-miler I did last week roughed up my right hip flexor, but I felt fine after the rest this weekend. LOTS of hills at the start of this route, feeling it in my quads for sure (time to hit the squats). Got a bit of running in there too... Overall, feeling good about the 31st. Lots of work yet to do, but still, good. Must remember to stretch the hip flexors, and NOT go out at 1pm when the sun is at it's peak!
