    Trevor dragged me on the dreadmill to shake out the cobwebs this morning. First run in my Bikila LS. Did pretty well, although slow. Gotta start somewhere! :)

  2. Been alternating the past month with Jillian Michaels, the Wii Fit, my own workout routines and walking the dogs. Lost about 6 lbs so far, it's a great start! :)

    Do not think this workout is easy because it's a DVD. If you watch the Biggest Loser (I've seen clips), you know JM means business. Today was rough, but really good. Gotta hydrate... :)

    Jillian did not disappoint with Level 2. I am quite pleased with how difficult but 'doable' this workout actually is. MUST WEAR FIVEFINGERS NEXT TIME. Slippery on the carpet, indeed!
