not quite speedy enough to get in six before yoga but i did get two pretty good loops! Weather held off and brought a nice breeze. Crazy how I always forget that Arbor HILLS is NOT flat! lol oh well... here are the splits for my scheduled easy six:
10:45,11:13,11:20,11:00 - getting a little better at holding pace.
