    Felt pretty good running this morning and what really helped me a lot was running with Lorena and a group of gals from the track club. I was working hard to keep pace with them.

    Strength workout today and I felt it in my quads and gluts. Rode the bike for 15 minutes which doesn't seems like a very long time, but for me it was just fine. Gotta work up my butt tolerance.

    Had a great strength workout this morning and ran sprints on the treadmill. Lara changes up my program every time we meet. I never know what to expect until the first part of the week. I like that!!

    The weather early this morning was wonderful.... ran up hill, down hill and on the level. Took it nice and slow which was good considering that I have run hills in a long time.

    3 man relay team, 12 x 200 plus warm up, cool down runs and calisthenics in between. I'm not much on getting down on the ground to do push ups, sit ups so did more squats, lunges, jumping jacks.
