    good 3rd week - 3rd day 3 mi

    great, did a full 30 minute run and the weather was warm. Picking it back up on monday

  2. 2nd week of interval training. 3 miles under 30 minutes with 1/3 fast walking. Feel pretty good considering I started 100 push-ups in 6 weeks today as well.
