Not all DVD workouts are created equal. This one (Turbo Jam Body Sculpt) stunk both in presentation and quality of the workout. Still got a little sweat going and did create our own really good ab workout.


I can see with a title like that you would want to check it out! You are so good at your workouts, how could it be better anyway? Nice Friday work!
