      Given the heat and humidity, this was not a day to even shoot for a PR. Finishing was the order of the day, and that you did. Congrats.

      Thanks, Joel - I just thought training for the full, I'd be able to pull off a faster pace given the shorter distance ... the last 3 miles on John Nolen were hot, that's for sure.
