good Paradise Loop from home 42.89 mi 04:00 10.7mph pace

Dragged Jason H. out for a rainy, cold ride around the Paradise Loop. Conditions were pretty miserable but I'm glad I got out and kicked off ALC training for reals and I am glad I had some company. By the end my legs were tired!
