    Tired of sitting still. Had to release some anxiety. Walk in nice shady park and even attempted a little run on the straigh and downhill sections. Felt good to be out again but not quite up to par.

    Only completed 25 squats and no sit ups. Not feeling as good today and running off 2hours sleep. Hoping to catch up on the squats tomorrow.

      you will catch up, lack of sleep hurts, i ran on little sleep and little food and it was no GOOD at ALL....you will catch up....get some good sleep tonite
