I'm a slow runner! Ran my first 5K on 11/10/2012 in 31:44. Just gonna keep running! Maybe a 1/2 some day! Previous knee injury is keeping me down a little!

    Trying to do this run/walk 5k training plan. Today was a walking day. And I thought I wouldn't sweat that much walking at 6:30 in the evening! It was 86 and I was drenched!
