Very sore. I just don't think the orthotics work well with my shoes plus my shoes had the sole pretty much wore out in the back so I went ahead and replaced them. Hopefully they improve my comfortability. It seemed to as I put them on and immediately felt relief with the orthotics even.


Nice job this morning. I bet the new shoes and the orthotic will help a lot.
