    My first post-marathon run - I pushed too hard at the beginning and ended up having to slow WAY down because my knee pain flared up. I think I'm just going to have to take it easy for a while.

    THE WALT DISNEY WORLD MARATHON! I lived through my very first full marathon!! My Garmin said it was 26.71 so I'm just going with it :)

    Shoot - I think I hurt the top of my left foot on my 22 miler because it flared up badly during this run. I also pissed off my right knee. Two weeks before the marathon. Taking it easy for a while!
