Lots of 50's doing1-4 dolphin kicks off the wall. Tough, but good for breathing.


What is a dolphin kick? Is that the full body movement I see them doing in the olympic trials? Not sure body is able to do that (nor would anyone want to see me try it).

Lol! Yes, it's swimming with arms over your head and legs together while using your hips. You can do it!
