Awww, I keep thinking this loop is 5k but it's not.

yesterday was HOT-AS-B@LLS so it made for an interesting run!
I was keeping to my original running plan. 30sec run, 4:30 walk but I would use songs as my 'timer' since Garmin wasn't around.
Not having a beeping timer kind of worked out into my favor because I would use landmarks as my goal setters - which ended up having me run longer than my preset time.

Note to self - HYDRATE everyday but ESPECIALLY the days that are hot as heck with rediculous humidity!
