I feel good, but my calves do not!
todays' run was 3min run/1min walk....
I started off REALLY strong and actually ran straight through my first 2 reps = 8 minutes straight.
that is HUGE for me!!
The when I got to the 5th & 6th reps my legs got REALLY heavy but I pushed through the remainder of the session!
Now I can happily say that it's under my belt!
