Great day 2 of the new training plan. I am really enjoying the long walks and short runs. It's helping me to not stress out and just enjoy being outside!

Not bad, used the Zensah leg sleeves. I still have super heavy legs! 5k race is right around the corner....
Woke up and ran first thing. I had zero energy so my legs were shuffling. I varied between a 4.5-5.0 pace. Sloow going! But I did it!
Tried a new route on the bedford waterfront. A bit breezy so I took my time but it was great!!

Ended the run with a few sprinkles of rain - so refreshing!
Tough! This was tough - the hills were brutal. Thankfully I had Dave to push me through my mental blocks.

not bad - from my knees down my legs feel like lead. I can handle the breathing now, the exhaustion but it is hard getting my legs to move!

Legs felt VERY heavy so it wasn't all smooth sailing
