    Light shoes and iPod when running really makes a difference..

    10 brand new treadmills at MOB.. I must be lucky :)
    Performance still bad, but I'll keep trying..

    First treadmill run after a long break.. After moving in, we finally started a new gym (MOB Fitness) as of yesterday.. Naturally, my performance was quite bad..

    Worse then I expected.. Treadmill at our compunds gym really need a renovation asap.. I don't feel comfortable when strange noises come from the treadmill during run..

      Maybe listen to your iPod so you don't hear the strange noises ? :-) Or change to a better gym: I once saw a guy get injured badly because of a malfunctioning running machine.

      I wish it was only the strange noises..
      The treadmill made me feel so uncomfortable that I kept holding arm of it for the whole run not to fall down suddenly..
      Any gyms you can suggest at JingAn by the way?
