Still building my legs and lungs and taking it slow as to not re-injure my leg. It's a slow process but necessary. Lots of shin pain this morning, nothing intense, just enough to know it was there. I'm blaming that on the treadmill. Hopefully I'll become more accustomed to it as I increase mileage.I'm also training this year without my iPod which has made miles on the treadmill tough.
