My left shin I am kindda worried about it .. It feels like ticking inside I dunno... This is what I did
-Leg Press 2 x 10 ( 135 lb each side
-dumbell bench press 2 x 10 ( 45 lb each side )
- pull ups 2 x 10
- jack knives 2 x 15
-ball rollout 2 x15
- seated row 2 x 10 (120 lb )
-calf raises 2 x10 ( 1st 40 lb 2nd 45 lb each side)
-back extension 2 x10 (35 lb)
- Bicep extension 2 x 10 (30 lb )
- Leg extension 2 x10 (1st 75 lb , 2nd 115 lb )
- lat pulldown 2 x10 (1st 90 lb , 2nd 110 lb )
-plank 1 min
-side plank 30 sec each side
- set up 100
-crunches 400
-Karate punches 100
-karate kicks 100
-karate guard 50

End it up with hot tub always feel good
