    3 days in a row of workouts. Tomorrow is a day off.

    I took 30sec to 1 min breaks, but did not include them in the overall. I used the time clock and most of the 50 yards were 57 sec. I think I'll bump the distance to 1000 yards on Tuesday.

    2nd run in the cold this week! Well it is "mild", about 28 and 10 mph wind. Asthma was under control, but the legs are a little "heavy".
