    Cut it short because it looked like a storm. Rained the last 4 miles. I was having a good ride. Of course it cleared up 15 minutes after I got home and no lightening. Better safe than sorry

    HOT! I tried to run with out using inhaler. I stopped after 3 miles and took a couple hits. That helped.

    This was the best run so far since PF sidelined me for 4 months. Getting close to sub 8. Cooler temps lower humidity. Breathing was better. I think this is the perfect day to be outside. ENJOY!

      Nice job Dick. You will be passing us in no time. Many of my runs have been slower as of late, but remember, most have been on trails.

    Had to stop after 3 miles to take a hit off the rescue inhaler. I felt good physically, but the breathing was a problem. It cleared up after that.
