    2nd run in the cold this week! Well it is "mild", about 28 and 10 mph wind. Asthma was under control, but the legs are a little "heavy".

    The time is going by quickly. Must be the tunes. I did 2 sprints(fast turn over) and 2 higher gear while standing up for 2 min each.

      Riding in the basement beats sitting around. Got to get you out running in the cold some more. I will let you in on a little secret Dick. You don't need to wear shorts in the cold. They have these things called tights.
