    I ran 3 miles to the track and back. .25 at 1:41,1:38,1:39,1:35,1:36,1:35. Head wind on the back stretch was wicked!
    I added all the distances and times for a total.

    Andy Matzan and I biked through out the course watching people we knew and the rest of the marathoners. Perfect weather for the runners. Saw Wilt!! Go Wilt!! ;)
