    Took Allegra this morn and what a difference. Felt good the whole way. Also Cleaned offices this morning. Been feeling blah for the last 10 days forgetting that alergy season affects me.

      I was in Caledonia & LeRoy this evening. But I drove there! My mother lives in Caledonia and my cousin in LeRoy.

      I like the ride west from Caledonia to LeRoy. Also I take 19 to 5&20 west to Batavia. The east ride home down 33 is fast when the wind is at my back.
      Going north on 36 from Caledonia is challenging with the elevation climb and hills.

    I traded a 7 mile run for a 30 mile bike ride. There was a breeze coming out of the ENE that slowed me a bit. Nothing like drinking warm Powerade 1/2 way thru on a 90 deg day.

    Felt it a bit after yesterdays bike and the 7 miler the day before. Haven't done 3 days in a row in a long time. Tomorrow 4 miles to make it a 20 mile run week

    Felt good all the way. The 1st 1/2 mile was a little difficult with breathing(nothing serious) just felt out of breath. Then it settles down.
