Making Lemonade in Denver 5.53 mi 01:20 14:27 pace

With temps in the 90's, I decided to visit the hotel fitness center. I forget that I don't like this hotel's f.c. Broken stairstepper, missing weights, etc., left me with the TM. With a sigh, I jumped on. Decided to really crank it up - kept the incline between 6-15%. Workout left me happy that I did it. Hope you all had a good Monday, everyone!

    I remember the story of this hotel! Glad you made the best of it, but knowing you...I'm sure you had DVD's tucked away just in case!
