If I'd have waited a couople hours, the skies would've been blue and I could've done this outside. Thunder kept me indoors (I was kind of looking forward to the rain), so I hit up TM Trudy and pounded out an awesome, sweaty walk. I did "ladders" - each quarter mile bumped up the incline by 2%, and then back down (2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2) while holding 3 lb hand weights. On the lower inclines I did presses, curls, etc. I really focused on holding my core tight and taking long strides to get those hammies stretched. I tried to run near the end as my hip's been getting better, but the stabbing pain as soon as I started had me backing off. That's ok - if I can keep walking like this, I'm happy for a while. My heart was pounding! Happy Saturday!
