I had a great run this AM. Lot's of Elk hanging out on the trail, but it was amazing to get out and get it done. I'll get my swim in this afternoon. I'm bad at counting my laps, so I bring pennies, and move a penny over after each 100 yards to keep track. How do you keep track of your laps?

That's great, I may have to try that. I always lose track, my approach is: when in doubt, do another lap.

When I swim, I use the lap counter on my watch to keep track. The battery on that watch has been dead for a while. I haven't swum lately.

I use the clock...do sets on an odd interval 1:31 per 100 = 1:31, 3:02, 4:33, 6:04... the ones digit counts your laps for you...I just have to remember what I left on last time...
