      who would'a thunk a few years ago (hell, eight months ago!) when we were all booze-houndin'-it-up that we'd all be running together?! i love it! speaking of which, let's booze it up, GNO style, sometime soon. i promise we can leave the stuffed animals home this time.

      it won't. if you follow the program, it increases you nice 'n slow so that you don't die! come on, it's not the "couch to 5k DIE" program!
