Well that just sucked. This was supposed to be 10, made it 4 before my hip simply said, No More! Next week's a recovery week, hopefully the rest will heal this hip. UGH!

    Dont mess around with that hip. Go get it checked out before it affects your training more. Might just be a simple adjustment to get you back to full strength. But 4 miles is better than none.
