    Just water and juice? That does not sound like a good nutritional plan. Where is the protein to help with muscle recovery? Energy is not just carbs, Be careful.

    It's not just juice, but my mornings do start with a juice filled with veggies and fruit. It's basically a vegan diet void of anything processed. I am supplementing with vegan protein as well.
