      I never got off the tri train, but did move to the back of the car for a while. :) I took some time to put my life in order, and just started training for my first marathon. I'm doing the Austin Marathon in February. I have a full triathlon season planned, but no races until the end of April.

    I wish I knew the name of the trail I was running... but it's nice and varies between gravel and paved. It was a pretty good run.

      I use them during and after runs of 2.5 or more hours. Whether or not they make a lick of difference physically, I don't know. But mentally I feel like they're doing something and at a certain point in a long run, mental strength can be more important.

    Fastest 10k to date. I'm happy about it. The cool weather made for a very pleasant run.
