    Good. Second time this week doing 1000 yards in the pool. Only have done that once ever before. Tri training is on like donkey kong. Then I biked to work. Am feeling it the day after ;)

    Good. It was my first time biking to work since I came to Eureka Recycling. It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. Also took a shower in the new showers to promote biking to work!

    It was awesome! My best 5k and actually my best run ever. I really turned it on at the end to get in with a time under 37min and did it. I felt GREAT! Thanks to @shellyherry for running with me!

    Good. I've finally figured out the way to make running around the track at the Y work for me. run for a certain amount of time, no counting laps. Totally works. Felt good.

      Good approach! I've been trying that, too. Find it helps me stay focused.

      i just ran on a track at the JCC in Cleveland for the first time, and this is a good suggestion you're making... i liked the bounce and i liked moving forward better than the treadmill, but i hated having to keep track of the rounds around the track. good call.

    Considering I hate the cold and Running is hard anyways....Good! 9 degrees with -10 windchill. I had my best 5k time ever! I feel good to have the bragging rights for this one!

    slow, but I haven't done a run this far since I sprained my ankle on 10/3. Got two weeks to train for my first 5k, the Turkey Trot. Was nice to get back to my "regular" run.
