Still feel like I am 'plodding' - but completed a near 6 mile run this morning. On the plus side, I enjoyed the sunshine....and the spring like feel to the air. This is not a typical winter in Ohio....

Glad that it is Friday. Gearing up for weight training next week (any suggestions?).
