My first run in a couple of days due to an unexpected illness. The antibiotics have kicked in and the absess has drained to a point where I thought it was okay to get out. I took it slow at first - and built up gradually. It was a good session.....through the ice and slushy snow of the Central Ohio streets.
I felt pretty good - despite being basically homebound since Tuesday.
100 sit ups...
Into the day...slowly.. ;)
