    1.25 warm up, 10 x400's with 400 recoveries, 1 mile cool down. I really don't enjoy speedwork, but it helps when the weather is very cool and I have a good podcast to distract me

      Thank you, doll! That would be great! Although I'm not running like I did 10-12 years ago, I'm definitely feeling the best I've felt in a few years.
