if you havent already you might want to consider seeing a vascular surgeon. My leg continued to swell and my regular doc said that is just what you have to deal with. I went and saw the Vascular doctor and he discovered my Iliac vein was smooshed. They put a stent in early december and it is amazing the difference in my breathing and in the movement in my leg. It has been a life changer!

Yes! Sounds like May-Thurner syndrome, where the left vein is pressed against the right artery. I have the same thing, and got a stent put in August. It has helped tremendously, but I've been struggling to get the 8-10lbs off I gained during the winter. I'm trying not to compare my pace to how I've ran in the past. I'm glad you're doing better too!

  15. RUN
    2.1 mi 00:29 13:43 pace

Frozen Feet Streak Day 2. I always go easy on Mondays, work is so hectic that I need a little break in the day, even if it's a short walk.

  16. RUN

Did a lot of walking. Just wasn’t feeling it. Had a decent week, mileage wise, so felt 8 miles was a good stopping point.
