      Well, you do get a finish time and results are posted, but no awards. Parkrun is pretty big in Great Britain and just catching on here in the states. Renton, Des Moines, and San Francisco are the only ones on the West Coast, so glad there is one just a couple miles from me. https://www.parkrun.us/

    Crazy wind storm last night! I was trying to avoid all the branches and debris scattered on the roads. Left hamstring is feeling sore still. Ran slow and very easy.
