    Feels good to be back running. 2 miles around Henllys never felt so good. Iced foot just after run just to make sure. I'll let you know if I can walk tomorrow morning!!

    best open swim session so far. I was the only swimmer there amongst 150 scuba divers - they thought i was mad. I agree. It was freezing.

      Sounds like a fantastic plan. I was thinking of doing the same from next year. But like you I need to work on the swimming... Oh and buy myself a road bike :( Nice work Miles :-)

    Really enjoyed a cycle with a good friend in my home town of burry port in west wales. 99% of route was on designated cycle paths which was ideal.

      Fantastic achievement miles despite the injury. That's amazing!!! So you could qualify for maybe Boston now!! I think most people make that mistake of going off too quickly too soon... It's our competitive nature... Rest up now :)
