    800m reps as prep for Cardiff half. When I did these before my last Cardiff half I was 9 secs slower per mile so hoping for a pr come 5th oct

    Longest run for Half Marathon training done. 12 next week, then 8! Felt OK could have gone quicker but glad to get time on my feet.

    Multi-terrain race today. Tough, hilly 8 miler. Finished 7th overall and 3rd in East Wales MT Champs Race. Really enjoyed!

    Enjoyed my second ever triathlon in my home town. Great to have family support down there. 16 min pr over previous standard/Olympic distance best. Over the moon. Hope everyone has had a good weekend.
