    ...and this completes my 30 day challenge :) felt sooo good when i was done :) one more school class, one more yoga class (unless i get ambitious) then spring break!!!

    Pilates is always super tough. but it was really great today :) paced myself when i knew i needed it, but really tried to push it, especially in the bajillion push-ups and two forearm planks...

    Noon yoga :) was wonderful. Constie has had some great classes lately! really good with breath and really pushed myself :)

  5. 3 classes tomorrow and i've officially (for almost certain) completed my 30 day challenge! noon, 5:30 and 7:00. woot!

    really really good today. trouble staying with breathing, routine seemed to jump around a bit, but i left feeling really good.

    Another really tough class. 75% my fault on the toughness though. Not enough water before class and not a good enough lunch (a few pears, a glass of milk and 3 mini crab ragoons does not a lunch make.)

      I too practice Yoga. The more I practice, the easier it becomes. But it takes time. Awesome job with your workout. Even if this workout wasn't "perfect" or how you wanted it to be, remember there's always tomorrow. Keep up the good work!
