Just a guess on the distance. The usual trail was flooded so I just jogged around a while. It was a whole lot colder than yesterday...was kinda wishing I had gloves on.

8 x 400 with a mixed bag of recovery times...1 - 2 minutes. (1:40, 1:42, 1:38, 1:47, 1:43, 1:41, 1:42, 1:41). Major pacing problems on 3 & 4 but otherwise ok.
