    Family ran this race today. Been a very long time since a ran this distance. Very hot!! Proud of my 16 yr old daughter who came in second for her age group! Gym later in day for weights.

      I took a gel but I don't really like them. I've never used salt caps before but for the first time I had a lot of salt stains on my clothes which was bizarre because I didn't feel like I excessively perspired.

      Way to tough it out! It was a hot day for a full. Do you take gels at least?? I probably go through 4 gels as well as 6-8 salt caps in a full.
