thats what i told myself after work today, "do it, you'll be glad you did" just part of the 10 min pep talk i had to give myself, as i sat in the car. one side of my brain was trying to come up with every excuse not run, while the other side was screaming all the reason to just do it! finally i just screamed " i love to run" why am i talking myself out of it... slammed the car door and started putting one foot in front of the other! As you all know you never regret a run!!
