      I know how you feel. For me- I'm usually stiff for the first 3 miles. Sometimes 5.

      I have another friend who competed in bodybuilding. It's a tough challenge, and it looks from the photo that you really did well! I think I'll stick with my IronMan goal...I'll need all the calories I can get! ;:)
