    Great Work out! Plyometric push ups with Botsu ball, Spiderman and Superman pushups, plety of squats and lunges as well as sprints followed by an awesome spin circut.

    new trail turned my 6 into 8. Still had to walk up a few large hills but getting back to full strength

    burning off some of that lactic acid and giving the legs a little post marathon stretch. Felt pretty good but the down hills really felt extra special on the knees.
