    Super cold this morning, so I hit the treadmill. Now that I know the gym near our house opens at 5, I'll be going there more often.

    Got out the door and had a nice run with Sara K. to end the holiday break. Running outside is so much better than not running outside.

    Considering I totally hit the emergency stop with my stomach and crashed in to the front of the treadmill, this went pretty well.
