    Mondays are 'run after dropping the girls off at school' days, so I hit the treadmill at the Y. I might see if I can run around downtown instead, but this will do for now.

      Unless we no longer live in the same state, I'll argue that 46 isn't cold weather.

      It's not, but I only had shorts and a tank to run in and that wasn't quite enough. The rest of my stuff was under the bed, which contained my sleeping wife. I chose not to wake her up.
