    Considering I totally hit the emergency stop with my stomach and crashed in to the front of the treadmill, this went pretty well.

    Another early morning 5k. Things are feeling ok, so I'm relaxing a bit about Ragnar. Still gonna stretch and foam roll the crap out of my leg though.

    Took a few weeks off to let me leg get better. Between that and all the stretching/foam rolling, it seems like my leg is better. Not all the way, but enough to get through Ragnar. Yay!
