      I was thinking about doing the same thing. I just get frustrated when I'm supposed to run slower, because I feel like it's in my head that I need to run FAST.

      Thanks Chelsey. I have trouble running at my normal pace on a treadmill and I don't know why. A stupid mental thing for sure.

      Luckily, the warmth is coming back soon, so I can get these miles in outside.
