      Yep - that's where my profile picture is from! I'll be out there next year...pregnancy just has NOT cooperated with running since the first month, so I've been stuck with lots of walking, yoga, and aqua aerobics. Which...is actually really awesome.

      Lived in Berkeley for 3 years until 2008. One of my favourate places in the whole world. Wish I was a runner back then! (especially for the hills!)

    It was a nice race, until mile 2 when we discovered the ENORMOUS MOUNTAIN. Everyone ended up hiking. It was pretty, but damn. No PR this time.

    I am in love with the Downtown Oakland YMCA. Went back for another knee-strengthening workout, also did some weights.

  17. On to Week 3 of no running :( I did something really bad to my knee the week before my Half, so I promised myself a break after the race. Breaks suck. Hope to be running again soon!
