Ok it's been really really tough to workout ONLY because of my schedule. I've also been sick sick. Sore. So tonight I did 2 miles, and I was with my uncle. Please please please forgive me since I didn't listen to the podcast. Sucks to be me. Couldn't. It's Saturday. I may try to do it early tomorrow.
