great Shoulders & arms + ab ripper 01:15

Pretty good, arms feel strong. Starting to feel the positive effects of ab ripper as well -- kind of awesome.

    Watching curbed hahah. Good night!

great Legs & Back + Ab Ripper 01:15

Really pushed through it; stretched, pulled and forced out the tightness from yesterday. Was tough but made it through every squat, lunge, jump, raise, etc. and every rep, even ab ripper. Sweet.

Nice work Lori, sounds a tough one. Not sure what to say about shoes, like you I go to a specialist store and have my gait analysed every time, always end up with Asics 2100 series, tried others and couldn't get on with them. Good luck with your quest, enjoy the weekend.
