I think that this is still in the ballpark of 80%. You can run both much faster and much further. Plus, it was on a treadmill.

Desta be careful you don't want to damage those kidneys running. Drink plenty of water and make sure you are been a gentle runner.

It was more like a drizzler than a sizzler :) It was okay- nothing spectacular... not a PR or anything- just a solid run- just under 50.
