      I was sorry to hear you didn't get in to Boston this year. That still doesn't diminish your accomplishment at Grandma's Marathon. What a difference from your last marathon before that.

      I think that this is still in the ballpark of 80%. You can run both much faster and much further. Plus, it was on a treadmill.

      Ahhh....Another DM'er I missed this morning. Sorry you don't feel great running this morning Desta. Don't underestimate the humidity, it will keep times down too. Don't give up on 10Ks! (my fav race distance).

      It would be really bad if the coach passed out at practice. Or maybe it would show them how dedicated you are. Be careful though. I find myself constantly dehydrated recently and I drink a ton of water.
